Pros: The ease and comfort were excellent; the location was great, and it exceeded my expectations. I would return.

Cons: Knives were not sharp - the corkscrew did not work - the can opener did not work. Although this was very minimal, it was essential, and this would not deter me from returning.

room is comfortable but feeling unsafe to give out so much personal information.

Pros: the indoor is very good, clean, brightness. comfortable. we can't open the door by electronic key, called the staff, she came shortly.

Cons: the check in process is quick complicated and requested to download APP, and to upload the picture of personal ID. requested too much personal information which makes me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. parking fee is quite expensive and haven't marked clearly at the booking.com website. so a kind of misleading that parking comes with the room package or it would come with a normal rate. but it was not . the price is even much higher than that of Toronto downtown. the unit balcony is dirty. no outdoor furniture

Amazing perfect for what we needed

Pros: Very big and clean the bathrooms were amazing and it was what we needed as we were visiting from England for a wedding

Cons: Not a lot around the area but that was fine as we didn’t need to go anywhere

Conveniently located, new luxury condo.

Pros: Nice, clean, large 2 bedroom accommodations. Very convenient to the theatre and restaurants.

Cons: Check in process was awkward and frustrating, especially since the booking was nonrefundable.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Laundry Room Gaslight.

Pros: The location was perfect and within walking distance to many amenties. The apartment was well appointed and very quiet unlike a regular hotel experience.

Cons: The parking fee was a surprise and quite high for a smaller town.
