Great place!

Pros: Everything you need for a great stay! Nice quiet area!

Cons: Just some directions for the little gas station. It's the only place around to buy supplies. You don't see it if coming from the north. We found it somehow!

Cozy and quiet community with places to visit nearby

Pros: Even in the middle of winter all the outside walkways, patios, and the spot for fires were still easily accessible. Hot tub was also very clean, everything you could think of forgetting was provided for you just in case. The fireplace based heating really keeps it cozy in the winter and it was already on/warm when we arrived

Pros: The stay at the River House was one of the highlights of our trip to Ontario/Toronto. What a gem - perfect setting surrounded by nature, and everything set for the guests to enjoy it - hot tube, fireplace by the river, with cozy lights to create an atmosphere. House has got all one needs - the kitchen is fully equipped, board games to play, and even kayaks for a short adventure on the river! Thank you again, you made our stay very special.

Cons: I have nothing to add, it was just perfect for us.

Had a great stay felt like home

Pros: Loved the different areas where to sit outside. The games that were provided was a pleasant surprise the kids came to visit and loved playing the corn hole game. The beds were comfortable to sleep. Very convenient for us .

Cons: I can’t say anything negative about the property just an observation that the tree over the back of the house should be trimmed it’s right on the shingles.

Pros: Ein perfektes kleines Häuschen. Umfassend ausgerüstet, lauschig, angenehm. Hier haben wir zu zweit einige sehr angenehme Tage verbracht. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i ist das heisse Sprudelbad draussen hinter dem Haus. Die Natur ist nahe. Dazu gehören u. a. Mücken, Hörnchen, Skunks, Gänse. Damit sollte man vernünftig umgehen.

Cons: Der einzige Vorbehalt: Das Häuschen ist kaum belüftet, viele Fenster sind unöffenbar fix eingebaut. Man muss ans Lüften denken.
