Homey, value for money - updated - fresh

Pros: 2 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Very clean. Larger room had fridge; small length of kitchen cabinet with sink. Glad for toaster, kettle - Note: No microwave. We ate at restaurants close by. Coffee maker was nice .. as well as Tim Hortons coffee, granola bars and several cans of soft drinks in a welcome basket. Highly satisfactory accommodation.

Cons: A microwave would have made something like lasagna a possibility. Microwave popcorn for a snack. Restaurants choices on the menu nearby were mostly burgers, wings, fish & chips. There is a great ice cream vendor across the street.

Well-equipped suite at the heart of town

Pros: Lovely beds, lovely suite, well-equipped kitchen that served us well during our stay. Sofa bed was just as comfy according to the person who slept on it. Just down the road from the playhouse we were visiting, just a corner away from the beach. Granted, Port Burwell is small, but I was a big fan of the fantastic Caribbean patties place directly across the road -- even open off season! Member of staff even took our keys for us instead of us having to put them back in the lockbox at the end.

Cons: I did find the shower too cold for my liking, but my friend had no issues with that. Otherwise, a perfect stay for a much-needed break!

Pros: The lodge suite provided everything we needed. It has a full kitchen, large new fridge, comfy couch, 2 big beds and good lighting. The floors are new and attractive. Having our own key allowed easy access and the lodge is quiet and private. The outdoors is functional with nice variety of sitting and a firepit. Great location to walk to beach.

Cons: Furniture dated but suited the place. It was like a visit to a family cottage in the 1980s. Quaint, practical and comfortable.

Great value, nice stay in a sweet little town on the lake.

Pros: Such an unexpected find - comfortable lodge in a sweet little town. We were traveling from Buffalo to Chicago and wanted to see the Canadian side. Port Burwell is lovely and the lodge was very comfortable. Host was responsive and checking in was easy. A bit different from an impersonal hotel - a lot more character to this place. Also, we found a great breakfast just across the street at Beach Patties.

Cons: Kind of wish we had stayed longer... The power went off for a while, apparently happens a bit in this little town but it really wasn't a problem for us.

Pros: By far the most amazing motel around here or far . Recommend highly

Pros: You can hear the waves rustle from earthquest lodge. Psychologically the beach predomonates the vibe on the main street street like a big blue sparkling ocean. It feels like you are on the water even before you walk down to the beach. No other town has this same kind of oceanic ambience on its Main Street like Port Burwell

Cons: a couple more pillows and another blanket or two

Clean, cozy, convenient and great value!

Pros: I thoroughly enjoy the cozy, rustic feel of Earthquest Lodge. Stayed here 5 times last summer while I enjoyed the beach. And the local folks are wonderful.

Cons: Nothing to dislike at all
