Best Western Inn On The Bay

We stayed one night to attend a wedding and the hotel was conveniently located and clean.

Pros: The breakfast was offered to us because of a minor mix-up with our reservation which was quickly corrected. We appreciated the offer, and the breakfast was great, with a nice view of the water.

Cons: Everything was fine!

Very nice location on the water with views from the restaurant. Would stay here again.

Pros: We were very pleased that there was an electric car charging station on the property. You have to be aware however, that once your battery is full, you will still be charged for being plugged in. I believe that the charging station is separate from the hotel. The restaurant was very good, we had dinner and breakfast there. Also enjoyed the whirlpool. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice walking trail along the water.

Pros: I like that there's a restaurant and it's on the bay. Beautiful views.

Cons: I didn't like the pool. I was expecting a larger pool.

Pros: The room was on the 3rd floor and it was very nice and clean with a great view. This room was a suit and thus had a microwave as well. There was water view from the room as well. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool is small however great place to relax and hang out with kids. Water temperature for the pool and jacuzzi was great Would highly recommend this place

Cons: I wish breakfast was included in the price of the room.

Very pleasant. We were on a road trip so it was just one night, but I could imagine enjoying a longer stay

Pros: Right on the sound. Great facilities. Dinner was delicious - we did not try other meals. Staff were friendly. Easy parking. Nice little waterfront walk nearby. Room was comfortable.

Cons: I would have liked real milk for coffee and tea. The whole ‘creamer’ thing is normal in north America but not for us. (It would not put me off staying again!)

Extremely polite and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, food and restaurant service perfect.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner was satisfactory and plenty of it. The waiting staff were exceptionally polite, kind and attentive. Any questions were answered at reception and done so, politely. The room was spacious and comfortable though we did not have any cleaners during our stay, our choice. We asked for extra toilet paper at reception and it was given, no problem. We didn’t use the facilities available, ie the gym etc, so cannot comment on those. The view across the bay was beautiful!

Cons: Nothing could’ve been better where our particular stay was concerned.

Pros: I loved the layout of the room. The fact that the bed was in a separate room with a door was unexpected, but our favourite part. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
