good value for money and comfort
Pros: The place was quite large and had everything you needed for a long stay. The neighborhood was relatively close to the airport. There is parking, and although there are stairs, you don't have to climb or descend too much.
Cons: The neighborhood itself wasn't bad, but walking a little further led to places that didn't look very good. On the other hand, as a tourist who likes to walk, this neighborhood wasn't ideal. I think it's typical in the US and Canada for people to prefer using cars. Everything about the place looked good, with plenty of space. The only downside was the shower; I couldn't figure out how to use it without having to bend down.

Great!
Pros: Beautiful and calm neighborhood. All access is automated with electronic lock doors and a password. The room has many amenities, like a well-equipped apartment.

Our stay was homely and excellent, we will be back again!
Pros: Everything about the room and house is great! The room was pristine clean, this is the best service ever!! I would love to come back again and again if she doesn't mind. Items were kept neatly, and well labelled, she was so nice and extremely intentional about the space.

Great value with care from Hosts
Pros: Check in was smooth and easy with the instructions. Location is great, near the airport so it was perfect for us to get to the airport within 15mins max in the early morning. Clean, comfortable bed, private enough with private washroom with a shower(Room 1). We left our toothpaste from previous hotel and checked in to this place without noticing. I asked them if there is any that we can have or any shops near by to buy it. Host came to provide us toothpaste. This was the cherry on top. Thank you very much!
Cons: Towels could be better, somewhat smell a bit old or wet.

Pros: The property was very clean and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves so much and I'm sure we'll be back there very soon.

Pros: The surroundings are scenic, the transportation is convenient, it is very quiet at night, the keyless entry is convenient, and the common areas are clean.
Cons: The location is the basement, pillow towel cleanliness is general, sound insulation is general.

A lovely spot to stay in Toronto. Very accommodating host.
Pros: The location was ideal for us. The room was spacious and very clean. The host was very helpful & accommodating.
Cons: The air conditioning was on the entire time of our stay. At first it was lovely because it was very hot outside. But, after a while, it became too cold. Also, it was difficult to use the mirror in the bathroom because it was on the side wall.

Good value for money
Pros: Nice and clean room, 15-minute Uber drive to YYZ. This is my second stay here and I will probably come back if I need to spend a night before a flight. The owner is absolutely amazing

Pros: Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and nice, plenty of space for storage and living.
Cons: Didn't bother me personally but you can hear the other guests through the wall
