Nice, modern and clean full appartment in Toronto suburb

Pros: Very helpful and friendly landlady (kettle provided on request for praparing coffee and tea); for 3 people sufficient but not very spaceous new appartment, nicely located in a quiet neighboorhood; parking space with paid overnight permits near the house available; about 10 min drive to big Yorkdale Mall and metro station (30 min to Union street)

Cons: small table and no chairs for 3 people; no hairdryer; no possibility to store clothes outside the suitcase (o.k. for 1-2 nights)

Great stay for Oasis gig!

Pros: Perfect location to stay for the Oasis gig! Quiet residential area & easy checking. Great communication with the host. The room is lovely and has a comfortable bed with ensuite. The host was helpful in printing out a parking permit that we needed to purchase online prior to arrival. This is a shared house with the host, but this didn't bother us and they were super friendly.

Cons: It is not a 10min walk to the Rogers Stadium as advertised due to the entrance of the stadium. Leave plenty of time to get to your gig. Despite that, it was still a great location to stay using an uber to get there. Google maps says it's a 60min walk! Taxi with uber was less than $10 but took 30mins due to traffic in the area.

Excellent place to stay with helpful host

Pros: The check in was quite seamless and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: I didn’t expect there is a family living downstairs. It’s not that I don’t like it, I was just surprised. They were also really nice and pleasant people.

Pros: Amazing environment , super clean and very modern , wanted to stay longer unfortunately was booked . I sure will visit again

Pros: There is no blackout on the balcony door. Doesn't help to sleep daytime. Other than that very good!

A great time in Downsview Park

Pros: The location was ideal in terms of proximity to my business location in Toronto. One could easily jump on the public transit bus as it was close to one of the stops. Another interesting feature is the serene Downsviee Park just about 300M from the property for your morning runs if that’s your thing.

Cons: It is ideal for a maximum of two guest not three

Pros: I liked the apartments. They are in a quiet area. The apartments had everything you need. The owners were friendly and professional in renting out the property. The room has a balcony.

Cons: a small minus, the door to the balcony is glass and the sun shines in the morning if you get up late.

Picture did not match the room. No cooking stove. Small Frig. No cable TV. Parking area not plowed.

Pros: Location was good. Room was Clean. People in charge of the condo were very good and helpful. Helped and answered questions we had.

Cons: Booking.com showed a cooking area, larger refrigerator, and countertop. There was no stove for cooking. Frig was dorm size. I brought food with me to cook for the 9 days. I was only able to cook 3 items in my crockpot I had brought. Some foods I brought went bad. Others I ended up having to bring back home. Ended up spending a lot of money going out for food every day. I do not blame the person caring for the property that was also living in the residence for the room not having a cooking area as shown on booking.com. I blame the site. It was my understanding there where condos in the building that had cooking also. The side of street where had to park was never plowed even when spots where open. Spots had up to 10 inches of snow after the storm. Then it rained all day one day. Some of the snow melt but not all. So, everything was icy and snow frozen under the ice making it very difficult to park and then get out again. Previously in a hotel, via bookoing.com, I had stayed at there was black mold in the bathroom. Fan was not working in the bathroom. Water took long time to warm up. Had to keep requesting new towels. Pool was very dirty and was opened only one day for a few hours the hole stay. No reply or money back due to room conditions even when report to the front desk!!! No room change offered either.
