Wonderful!

Pros: Tranquil, water side and cozy cottage, with the most kitchen utensils. Weather help us this thanksgiving, with beautiful clouds and sunshine, so good time enjoying fall colours, lakes and trails. Highly recommend.

Cons: We are very satisfied. Everything is fine. The host is very nice and easy going. The location is so convenient. A river is just in front the cottage.

Pros: Beautiful spot with the perfectly sized cottage! Beds are super comfortable!! Floors are nice new looking laminate (I think) Appliances all work well Super quiet and peaceful area and a fantastic place to find focus

Cons: All was good - but feedback could be maybe newer appliances and some minor paint touch-ups could add to it; but existing all work without issue and are perfectly good 👍

Pros: Loved the property and location, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and cooking items.

Cons: It was lite cold in the night room heaters were not working.

A Beautiful Getaway on Gull River!

Pros: Location beautiful right on the river, 10 minutes from Gull Lake. Yard huge, cottage nicely laid out. Beds super comfortable!

Cons: Shower very small Not all windows opened Very hot with no AC Laminate in kitchen needs some repair

Cottage exceeded expectations, hosts were excellent.

Pros: Location was so close to town, easy to get ice cream and groceries in a few minutes. Cottage was bigger than photos showed. Lots of space and great stocked kitchen. Being on the river was fabulous. Super clean and spacious.

Cons: Wish we had a shady space during midday. Otherwise all was great, happy for the a/c.

Pros: Peaceful Riverfront Escape – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this charming 4-bedroom cottage by the river. The location is incredibly peaceful—tucked away in a quiet and scenic area that truly lets you disconnect and relax. The cottage itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. Making it ideal for both families and small groups. The outdoor space was definitely a highlight—whether we were enjoying meals outside, sitting by the fire, or just watching the river flow, it felt like our own private retreat. If you're looking for a quiet getaway , this is the perfect spot. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back again!

Fantastic location.

Pros: This is a fantastic cottage location to get away for a few days. My family discovered this place about a month or so ago and we’ve been back twice. We’re looking forward to booking our next getaway. We fell in love with the location.

We loved the property and had a great time!

Pros: This was a beautiful property on a river with a dock, fire pit, big back deck. Three bedrooms and a bunkie. Lots of room. Full kitchen, wi-fi. Everything you need for a great time!

Cons: We booked last minute and didn’t realize linen was not supplied. We had not pillow cases, sheets or covers, towels or kitchen linens but we survived :)

Amazing riverfront location

Pros: The location was amazing. The cottage has a dock where you can sit and go in the pristine clear water river, and a big lawn where you could play volleyball, badminton, frisbee or just run around with the kids.
