Pros: Character filled home. Very clean on the inside with cottage critters outside squirrels/spiders ect.. Beautiful waterview and quiet area.

Cons: Home marketed as a 4 bed. But the only true bedroom had a futon. The open loft was private enough and luxurious. With toilet and sink attached. The loft could have been split up, and they could get another true bedroom. The 2 bunk beds were in a pass through room with glass doors going into the laundry and then a sunroom
