Artistic Hillside Loft

Pros: The location of the condo is great. We walked into the Village in about 20 minutes and also utilized the shuttle bus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. I liked that coffee and some sugar was provided as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and bathroom supplies.

Cons: The unit could use some fixing up. There seems to have been a leak from the upstairs at some point and the ceiling in the kitchen shows some damage. The unit is small but was fine for our group of 3.

Overall great stay

Pros: The location was great, and the instructions were simple

Cons: There, cleaners need to pay attention to the cobwebs. In the loft, you notice it while looking at the views

Cons: Could use a bit more thorough cleaning in unit. Fireplace rarely worked.

Pros: I was a little worried about this place being pet friendly, but it was cleaner than I expected.

Cons: First, We had a total of 6 people and there were not enough towels. Second, The pots and pans in the kitchen consisted of coated pots and pans, unfortunately had a lot of scratches on the coating pot/fry pan, and the bowls and plates were also very old, to the point where the bottom of the bowls were blackened. The pots in the kitchen need to be new sets, and the bowls need to be replaced with new ones. Honestly, I was disappointed in this area. I'll be visiting again in February and hopefully they'll have changed things up

Pros: Nice cozy place for a family. Good views and a nice village for dog walking in a trip.

Cons: Air conditioner was too noisy.

Pros: The place is clean and safe for a short family staycation.

Great Location

Pros: The location was fantastic. The room was very tastefully decorated, cozy and warming. Very easy access to the room itself. I was very surprised with how many extras were actually included. Very content with these accommodations.

Cons: For the money, I cant rightfully fault this place.

Pros: Location was convenient, it was lovely that we could bring the dog, there were extra blankets.

Cons: Drawer underneath loft bed was broken, drawer under oven is off its tracks, it would be wonderful to have a cheese grater, quite a few lights didn’t work or didn’t have bulbs.

Hosts were responsive. Nice family getaway

Pros: Cleanliness; enough room and beds for a family; pet friendly. Hot tub.

Cons: No instructions on how to use the fireplace. No info that the jetted tub didn’t work. No info on how to find the hot tub.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The place is clean, a short drive to The Blue Mountains Village. They provide card games and two closets with lots of hangers. Communication with property management and check-in and check-out was easy and smooth.
