Nicely decorated and supplied basement in a house in residential neighborhood in Toronto.

Pros: This is a nice, private and fully supplied basement in a house in a residential area relatively central in Toronto. The place is clean, fully decorated and has most things you would need. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: Property was comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood and well maintained. It was also close (an easy 9-10 minute walk) to shops, restaurants and both subway and buses. Aletha was very helpful and a great host.

Comfy basement apartment with great amenities

Pros: Great little basement apartment to stay in for our quick trip. Appreciated that the host stocked the place with toiletries and snacks. Made it more comfortable! Host was in touch regularly to see if we needed anything.

Cons: As it's a basement apartment, we could hear people walking around and talking each morning above us.

Pros: - Easy to locate/good location - welcoming & warm environment - kitchenette/appliances were clean and of high quality - Bed was comfortable. Needed after a day of activities - Bathroom/shower was clean and inviting - Smart T.V with an abundance of applications - Host communication Even before we departed our country, the host was responsive and friendly. Upon arrival and during our stay, the communication line was always available for any questions, concerns and recommendations.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Lovely designed, well stocked apartment in walkable neighbourhood, close to transportation hub.

Pros: It was the perfect location for visiting our son. Loved the decor, ample lighting, well stocked kitchen. Host was accommodating and great communicator.

Cons: Ceiling height a little short in the bedroom.

Pros: Very friendly , excellent communication. The suite was beautiful. Stocked with bonus breakfast food and snacks. Super cozy and very stylish suite. Great location too.

Pros: Sicuramente una delle migliori sistemazioni del nostro viaggio in Canada. Appartamento molto pulito e curato nei dettagli, ristrutturato recentemente e dotato di tutte le necessitá. Se volete visitare la cittá di Toronto coniderate circa 30 minuti per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi, che sono comunque comodi. Host molto disponibile, ci è stata data la possibilitá di lasciare i nostri bagagli in un sottoscala dopo il check-out.

Cons: La struttura si trova nel piano seminterrato, la luce è poca ma tutte le stanze hanno una piccola finestra. Soffitti un po’ bassi se siete piú alti di 1,80 m, noi che siamo piú bassi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Il difetto della casa è che l’impianto di condizionamento è in comune con la casa principale e non è possibile regolarlo in maniera autonoma: al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto molto freddo e sarebbe stato difficile anche dormire perché una bocchetta di areazione è proprio sopra il letto, ma Aletha è stata disponibile nell’abbassare l’impianto quando le era possibile. Anche il motore del condizionamento generale si trova nel seminterrato e quando in funzione risulta rumoroso.
