Comfortabel

Pros: Super mooi en vrij nieuw huis in een mooie en nette buurt van Ajax. Ruime opzet. Iedereen had een eigen kamer en sommige kamers hadden douche en toilet. Mooi uitzicht op de straat. Goed beveiligd met Pin maar dat is volgensmij in deze buurt niet echt nodig. Fijn dat de woning ook airconditioning heeft waardoor het wel lekker was na een hete dag. Ook fijn dat er volop zon in de woning is. Badkamer en toilet zijn schoon. Echt een super mooi huis. Ondanks minpuntjes zou ik hier echt nog wel een keer verblijven. Auto is wel handig.

Cons: Wij zagen de eerste nacht muizenkeutels en daarna zagen wij een muis lopen. Dus alle voedsel hebben we in bakjes in de kasten bewaard. Ook was het kleine afvalbakje onder de wasbak niet geleegd door de vorige huurders waardoor er een hele schimmel explosie in zat. In een van de voorste kamers is de rolgordijn kapot waardoor we niet achter het rolgordijn gingen om een raampje te openen of konden we het gordijn ook niet omhoog doen voor zonlicht.
