Lovely Muskoka Waterfront Cottage-Hot tub & Sauna!

Pleasant and comfortable

Pros: Our stay was great overall, the place was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed how private the the surrounding area was and the access to the water was convenient.

Cons: We had a bit of a delay with check in but the owners were apologetic and accommodating. The backyard grass area could have been maintained a bit better. There were some large patches of tall grass that should have been trimmed down.

Great space inside and out! The sauna, hot tub and dock combo is amazing.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to and not a far drive from the city. Very private space - I didn't see a neighbour but someone mentioned you could see them through the trees. The main living space was nice and the access to the hot tub, sauna and the dock was really great! Plenty of balcony and backyard space. Kitchen had a lot of the necessary essentials if I remember correctly. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of rooms for our group of friends.

Cons: One of the beds (the pullout downstairs) was dirty with a lot of grass dirt and had a big stain on it. Getting into it, I understood that couch beds aren't typically comfortable - just wish it wasn't so dirty. The host was pretty responsive when I reached out to him with concern though he couldn't realistically do much about it. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Pros: The property is located in quiet and safe neighborhood. The living room is airy, comfortable and spacious. Easy access to the water. Hot tub, sauna, fire pit and boats are all good and we had so much fun!

Cons: The sofa bed isn’t very comfortable
