Historic Victorian with Deck and Parking

A great experience with this property.

Pros: Communication prior to our arrival with check in details, parking instructions, etc was clear, concise and very helpful. The property was spacious - even moreso than I had reckoned on. The level of facilities within the property is very high - appliances, bathroom fit out. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was fabulously comfy. The host had left generous welcome pieces for us - some soft drink bks, tea and coffee, hygiene products and laundry. Ontario was experiencing a particularly cold spell - real feel of -23, but we were always cosy in the house. The location was great for my family and I. We walked everywhere. The parking was perfect. I would recommend this property.

Pros: Lovely property, excellent facilities, clean and very comfortable. Having washing and drying facilities and a very nice shower was an added bonus.

Cons: The neighborhood has beautiful buildings and close to midtown, but quite few less privilege people on the streets.

Beautiful space, responsive host

Pros: Overall beautiful property. Immaculate facilities and responsive host. Easy to gain access. Close to streetcar line. Walkable to Union Station (if you like walking). Very comfortable mattresses.

Cons: Soundproofing to back upstairs bedroom - we could hear conversations from upstairs unit that went on til 3:30am which kept me awake the first night. It's the only downside of this beautiful space. Downstairs (basement) bedroom is fine and the smaller (front) bedroom also didn't seem to have this issue. It was fine the second night because no one upstairs was talking.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung - nur zu empfehlen!

Pros: Die Wohnung hat 2 Ebenen und ist mit diversen Extras ausgestattet- z.B. beheiztes Klo, Dusche mit 3 verschiedenen Düsen, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, schöne kleine Terrasse, die wir aufgrund des Schnees leider nicht nutzen konnten. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons: Das Aussen- und Hausflurlicht brannte durchgehend… oder wir haben den Schalter nicht gefunden 😜.

Muito bem acomodados, mas com um entorno às vezes desagradável e até um pouco assustador

Pros: A casa estava muito bem cuidada, limpa, com pintura nova e decoração agradável. Espaçosa e bem equipada. Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos e responderam rapidamente a todas as solicitações. Deixaram um suprimento suficiente de sacos de lixo, sabonete, xampu, condicionador, detergente, amaciante, café, chá e refrescos na geladeira. As camas, travesseiros e roupas de cama estavam ótimos, tudo muito confortável. O banheiro é muito bem equipado e bonito. Estacionar um SUV grande (Toyota 4Runner) na garagem, que tem entrada pelos fundos da casa, foi fácil. A rua da fachada da casa é bonita. É possível ir caminhando até o centro da cidade (Dundas Square) em cerca de 15 minutos. O acesso ao transporte público (bondes, metrô e ônibus) é bem perto e fácil também.

Cons: Há um abrigo para sem teto a poucas quadras da casa, bem no caminho para o centro da cidade. Isso atrai mendigos e drogados para a região, deixa a caminhada até o centro desagradável e até um pouco assustadora, com cheiro ruim pelas calçadas e encontros com gente bem suja, às vezes seminua, frequentemente em estado de delírio. Se você planeja utilizar carro para os seus deslocamentos, isso não chega a ser um problema. Mas, se pretende caminhar ou usar o transporte público, prepare-se para ver cenas um pouco chocantes. Há um único armário, pequeno, e só um banheiro, compartilhados por todos os hóspedes. Não há nenhuma gaveta para guardar roupas. Tivemos que deixar a maioria delas dentro das malas.

Séjour chaleureux et confortable

Pros: L’appartement était très beau et confortable. Le stationnement est un plus et sécuritaire. La communication avec le personnel était super, plein de petites attention pour rendre l’endroit confortable.

Cons: Le quartier est un peu défavorisé. Il y a un locataire au dessus, il était discret mais c’est à considérer.

On a adoré !

Pros: Le propriétaire fait tout pour que l’on se sente bien dans cet appartement refait à neuf. C’est super propre, très moderne, et complet. Il y a une petite terrasse et un stationnement privés. On est à 3 min du tram, c’est vraiment idéal ! On a adoré ♥️
