Value to stay, No regret
Pros: Clean, Comfortable, Kind, all basic stuffs are available, close to subway/supermarket/liquor shop/gas station, very silent neighbourhood, convenient parking near, wifi etc,.
Cons: Under ground(half) but it's not big deal at all

Very comfortable and clean
Pros: This place was so nice… a full blown mini apartment with everything you could need (full kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher). Plenty of towels and detergent for the machines. It was very clean and comfortable. Truly modern (I didn’t need chargers for my phone nor bricks for the cable to charge iPads). Even though you don’t control the temperature they kept it very comfortable (it was snowing when we went so the heater was on and it was so nice) and the hosts were extremely wonderful at communicating quickly.
Cons: The ONLY reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 rating was due to the parking situation. The hosts were very upfront that you either park in a public parking area or on the street in front of their property (if there was space and with a permit that can be easily bought for overnight only). The issue for me was that my plane landed late and I couldn’t find a store that was opened to print out the permit (picture it..it’s snowing, cold and close to midnight and you’ve been all over toronto asking anyone to use their printer). That wasn’t fun especially with two sleeping kids and in a place we weren’t familiar with). We took a risk and parked in a private lot (school parking since it was a Saturday night but I kept waking up to check if the car was there ). After that fiasco it was smooth sailing. Another comment I saw was that there’s a subway that runs there and if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue but it wasn’t for us (I’m a light sleepier and it was fine)

Pros: Disponibilité des hôtes, les équipements, la propreté, confortable. L’emplacement et le parking à proximité.
Cons: Pas de possibilité de régler la clim qui est gérée par les hôtes. Du coup notre ami qui dormait dans le salon avait le bruit et l’air frais toute la nuit. Pas très agréable.

Pros: Très bien équipés, la localisation, décoration avec goût, et propres, confortable, intensité des ampoules qu’on peut régler, personne à l’écoute
Cons: Bruit du métro, bruit à l’étage, d’éclairage naturel limité, pas assez d’aération, parking

Pros: Sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Einzig das Parken war etwas schwierig, öffentlicher Parkplatz war aber innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

A thoughtfully designed and exceptionally equipped suite
Pros: The suite is thoughtfully designed and exceptionally equipped with a full range of kitchen ware and just about anything one could hope for. Great communication and generosity from the hosts. Easy access along the Bloor-Danforth Subway Line (Line 2 in current TTC lingo), about which I have more to say below. Steps are involved so this would not be a good choice for folks with mobility issues. All in all, I had a great time staying here.
Cons: A big plus is this property's proximity to the Bloor-Danforth Subway Line. What I quickly learned though is that the rumbling of the subway below does directly impact this suite. This was not a deal breaker for me, but light sleepers could and should take note.
