Prime Toronto location

Pros: Location location location! Location was exactly what we were looking for! Easy commute to everything around, walking, biking, or driving. Checking in was a breeze. Staff was very responsive to messages. Price was great, comparable to other facilities with less space. All the amenities worked as they should. Bonus washer and dryer in the apartment. Lots of linens and towels are available. Great spot. Would totally stay again.

Cons: The building was LOUD on Friday/ Saturday night. Parties on going through the night. Noise could be heard from people outside on balconies and inside through the hallways. Not terrible as an adult, but off putting to our kids staying with us. This is obviously out of the control of the apartment owner, but it is worth noting for others with smaller children that are difficult sleepers.

Great experience! Perfect location for visiting Toronto !

Pros: Great view! Appartment is very nice and in good condition. The owner was extremely helpful concerning all our needs and questions. We were also allowed to deposit our luggage earlier on the day of arrival and leaving it there longer in the day of departure.

Cons: The a/c system was broken and could not be turned off. Thus it was extremely cold in the appartment and both my kids caught a cold. On the second day the owner brought a Dyson heater, which helped a lot.
