Brand new single unit guest basement apartment

Pros: The place is clean the AC works well and it located in good location from the bank ,Freshco grocery store and Malton bus terminal. The host is super cool and his hospitality made me feel at home with a pizza and fruits in the fridge when I arrived from the Airport.

Pros: Great host very nice, also great as he lol eft some beautiful fruit and coffee for my stay ...was super accommodating and all was easy to check in and find the location

Pros: The room we're very well kept.Everything stated was been provided.Mohammed Nazir was sooo helpful and very kind. I will definitely visit same place .I felt like a home

Pros: Clean and functional smaller basement unit that is perfect for short-term stays. Relatively close to the airport for layovers. The host is communicative, and all instructions were very clear.

Pros: This apartment is fantastic! It is very clean, with full kitchen and with a private parking! The location is perfect! The host is responsive and helpful! We highly recommend this place!

My stay at Zihid's apt. 10 stars

Pros: I liked everything about this place apart from the noise upstairs because its a basement unit, the host Zihid omg he is a gem, he was ready with any info we needed since.it was me and family's first time to.canada, he.was available anytime we contacted him, even if it was ungodly hrs. Our flight was late so we were.hungry.when we.got to the apt, but to our surprise he had pizza and apples.waiting.for us in the fridge, it was a life saver. I would recommend this place to anyone on a short trip,.we stayed 10 nights, very convenient location as well, 10.stars to this apt, clean and comfy. Thanks Zihid.for help making our stay in Canada enjoyable.

Cons: Just the noise upstairs at night, but as I said it's a basement apt so by all means you will hear some noise, if this will bother you, well dont choose a basement unit.

Best sleep ever!

Pros: The bed was amazing. First time with no pain sleeping. The area was quiet and safe. The apartment was perfect for our budget conscious needs.

Pros: The location is very near the airport, which is perfect after a long flight. Furthermore the host was very nice and the communication was easy. The apartment was very clean and cozy.

Cons: It was pretty far away from downtown Toronto, so if you don’t have a car this may not be the best apartment for you.

Pros: Beautiful house with all facilities... Owner was super nice and familiar... very clean and everything was perfect... super comfy bed full day stress was done once you get on a bed... Nice neighborhood Thank you soo much Mr. Zahid and his family.
