High Rise 1BR Building w Gorgeous Views

the ambience and location of the property is good and relaxing

Pros: I liked the ambience, the view is awesome. The facility is simple but very functional. I didnt have breakfast there

Cons: The fact that i could not receive an urgent item while in the property

Pros: New, well appointed building in central location. Building is safe and secure. Condo met expectations. Walking distance to transit options and local restaurants.

Cons: Be aware of loud barking dog in neighboring unit. Dog barked for a couple of hours on my first night, reported to host, and dog quieted down. On subsequent nights, dog would bark for a few minutes at a time whenever someone would open a door or the elevator arrived on the floor. Not the host's fault, but it diminished the overall experience.

I would definitely recommend this apartment I’ll gladly stay here again the next time I’m in Kitchener.

Pros: What I really liked about the apartment is that it was super clean, very comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The concierge was also really cool and helpful. The apartment is classy and stylish.

Cons: Maybe they could add complementary Water

Pros: easy check in/check out. clean and the amenities available were great

Cons: couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat. it was really warm when we arrived and try to turn on the AC but still warm.

Great place to call home while travelling in the Kitchener / Waterloo area...

Pros: 24 Hour front desk, underground parking, room was quite nice with outstanding views.. Checkout was quick and easy... would stay again, for sure..

Cons: Es werden um die 90CAD für Reinigungskosten extra abgebucht und man wird aber gleichzeitig dazu aufgefordert seinen Müll zu entsorgen. Ausserdem müssen 100CAD Kaution hinterlegt werden.

Pros: The property consists of an amazing view. Had cutlery, and other kitchen appliances available for use.

Pros: Great location and value! Fun amenities and everything looked exactly like the photos. Everyone in the building was very friendly. Enjoyed the view and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Check In process was a little unclear and made our arrival kind of stressful. Thermostat was confusing and the link to the instructions didn't work. Coffee maker carafe wasn't the same brand as the coffee maker so I wasn't able to make use the coffee maker.
