Clean, comfortable, spacious and close to village. Superb!

Pros: It was perfect for our family getaway. Clean, modern amenities, spacious and close to the Blue Mountain Village. There was parking right outside the door. Aircon worked like a dream.

Cons: I really cannot find fault with the property, it was brilliant.

Pros: Confortable and spacious for a family of 8 adults. Just a block away from the main Blue Mountain Village. And with parking for two vehicles.

Beautiful chalet in a great location; lacks some basics.

Pros: Beautiful property, great location, fits 6 comfortably in the main living spaces.

Cons: No kitchen essentials like coffee/tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, and/or basic spices. Lack of useful knives for cooking or parchment paper. We expected more in this respect and were disappointed. Also- bunk beds in one bedroom were not ideal for a couple to sleep in.

We were extremely pleased when an agent from Vacasa extended our stay. That was really great!

Pros: Exceptional customer service and very understandable. Well designed and maintained property, conveniently located, steps from the Village at Blue. We were 3 couples, celebrating my 60th birday on April 1st. When a Vacasa agent extended our check-out time beyond our expectations that was an amazing customer appreciation gesture - a real gift for all of us. We'll come over again for sure! You made my birthday stay a memory of all times!

Cons: As the property can accomodate up to 8 people, there should be at least 3 parking permits available rather than only 2.
