Pros: Beautiful place, very quite, clean, and well maintained. The sites are all nice and private.

Cons: For the price they can include the firewood for the campsite.

Pros: It was a beautiful set-up, with a comfortable bed. Every site had a BBQ, fire pit, picnic table, and chairs.

Cons: There was insufficient propane for the BBQ, and all the burners were not working. The fire pit wood was green, and there was no starter, so it was hard to start the fire.

Great visit, almost wish we would have stayed longer!

Pros: Quiet, nice Hutt, nice showers, firewood was included

Cons: Tap water, some noise from the highway, but not horrible.

Very Best Way to Be Cozy & Enjoy the Outdoors

Pros: The place was beyond amazing. For me, that meant a comfy white bed in the middle of a safari tent placed in a scenic oasis.... and that's what was delivered

Cons: I liked everything

Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Pros: We recently stayed for one night at Homegrown Hideaway and had a wonderful experience. The place is nestled in a relaxing, beautiful, and calm natural setting. The showers and bathrooms were clean, and the beds were both comfortable and spotless, with good quality bed sheets. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the barbecue and fire pit facilities.

Cons: I do have one point of concern regarding the entrance to the property. I wonder if there could be a road ramp for the turning traffic to make the entry smoother and safer.

Absolutely recommended

Pros: Excellent location. Close to tourist places and excellent location, close to tourist places and easy to access. We will return. We were looking for an option to rest in direct contact with nature, and we achieved it. The breakfast we requested was exquisite, and the facilities have everything you need to be able to have a barbecue and prepare food without any problem. The attention offered by Caroline and her staff was excellent. easy access.

Cons: In general, everything seemed pretty good to us.

Highly recommend this place! Loved everything about it. :)

Pros: We loved everything about Homegrown Hideaway. It was my toddler's first camping/glamping experience and she loved every part of it! We stayed at the Yarrow site, the one closest to the washroom and it was perfect for a family with a toddler. They provide a few essential items to cook: pots, pans, some utensils (scissors, knife, cutting board, bowls, etc) which made the glamping experience very easy and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and serene nature this property offers. We saw a few deer during our stay, which was a very exciting for my girl. Port Dover is only 10 min drive, and if you need to get groceries or camping items, Canadian Tire and Superstore are also 10 min drive from here. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

Cons: All three of us slept on the same bed (double), which felt a bit small. We will bring a playpen or a small side mattress for the little one the next time we come since she will be bigger.
