The Westlake

Pros: My room (The Bad and Boujee Suite) was so comfortable. A very big and comfortable Bed, enough sockets to charge my phone and other stuff, a little kitchen to cook something (with plates, pans, forks, spoons, dishwasher, microwave and so on), more than enough space in the shower and so much more. The check-in was very easy (getting the codes for the doors before entering the hotel via e-mail). I really like the westlake and when there will be sometime another possibility to go to Toronto, I will book the Westlake again. It is a little bit outside from Toronto, but with the streetcar and the Go-Trains, you need not much time to get in the center of Toronto.

Pros: It is a place with no staff. You enter with a pass code. It's well organised and easy to use. Everything in the suite was high quality

Pros: I have been staying at this location 3 times in 2 years It’s nice, clean safe, comfortable and convenient. I will stay here again next time in this neighborhood.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Very comfortable beds and the room is a good size.

Cons: The room stinks of stale smoke which was most disappointing and more attention needs to be paid to cleaning and hoovering under and around the bed (found lots of crumbs and dust down the side of my mattress where it doesnt quite meet the frame). Also the walls are very thin so can hear people talking in the next room; the toilet holder broke immediately and there is a bulb out above the bathroom mirror.

Pros: The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. The free parking was also a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this accommodation

Pros: The place is very cute, clean, nice location. everything was excellent!

Cons: I liked everything but if you ever need to call the customer service..., lady who answers the phone is just very unpleasant. But the hotel is great so do not let the lady on the phone deter you from staying at the hotel. I would totally stay here again. It was a great stay!

Cons: There was nobody on reception to ask for extra towels or to take out rubbish bags The room was lovely & clean but when we closed the bathroom door there was some spilled liquid dripped down the door nobody on reception during the day to report to ...............only a very nice security guard on our last night. There also could have been more Toilet rolls, Coffee Pods ,Teabags, sugar also hot chocolate would be a good idea to have we had run out after the first day as there were 3 of us staying for 4 nights Extra blanket / duvet option would also be good as we were not at all used to the cold weather
