Pros: The staff was very welcoming, although my check in at late time. The facility was clean and as described. The location is just meters to a plaza of shopping stores and restaurants which makes my staying more comfortable.

Excellent choice (esp. if you don't have a car and if you don't mind sharing space with the host).

Pros: Excellent location (just near Penn Centre), especially when the weather is bad and you want public transit lines to be nearby. The host: really nice couple. Place is kept very clean.

Cons: Compared to booking a hotel room, you have to share the space (kitchen, bathroom, living room) with the host, but the decent pricing/night reflects this, so you still end up getting good value for money.
