Cozy private room

Pros: The owner of the house is very supportive. Really appreciate that our early check-in request was accepted. Great location and amenities. Must recommend.

If I need to go to William Osler Health centre again, I would book into same place.

Pros: My main reason to book this room was met. It was only short walk to hospital where I had morning appointment.

Cons: Unimportant maybe, but batteries in TV remote were almost dead.

Pros: Host was very polite and the room was clean and well equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and a TV.

Slept like an angel

Pros: Comfortable and quiet, very good beds (firm but not hard), close from airport, easy to find, friendly people.

Cons: Not many restaurants around except indian cuisine, I recommend Williams fresh coffee from Breakfast to Supper.

Pros: The host was really nice. I checked in really late and needed help to arrange for a transportation to the bus station and so forth; she was really helpful and patient. She even took my calls after 3:00am and I got what I asked for. Would definitely go back.

Cons: Maybe they could be more detailed when giving information as one checks in without customers asking for more information from time to time.
