Pros: The location was not beach front but only a short walk. Owners were very accommodating. The beach was fabulous - clean and fresh water

Cons: The beach is a quiet one which means there are no cafes or hire places - you can go further into Wasaga beach for these - it's not as if we didn't like this because it suited us but others might want to know

The perfect first stay for me, my wife, my 2 yo son and her parents.

Pros: The site was way cleaner and more hospitable than imagined. The host was welcoming, very helpful and easy to communicate with. This place was everything I wanted and much more!

Cons: The floor below, which hosts its own rooms, kitchen, and living room, was very chilled. However, as soon as this was mentioned to the host, she was more than willing to offer a solution.
