Pros: Communication with Steph and Joseph very good Easy access to unit very detailed. Great walk to the village. Very quiet area to sit outside and for sleeping.

Cons: The bbq very dirty, greasy was not able to use felt fire hazard. It needs to be checked and cleaned. The couch very uncomfortable to sit on. No support on back. Carpets needed to be cleaned. Dirty spots and areas not clean.

We had an incredible stay here and absolutely would not hesitate to rebook!!

Pros: Location was great, very helpful hosts, kitchen equipped with everything we needed! It felt clean and cozy, and was located a short walk (10 min) to the village. Check in was also incredibly simple!

Cons: Blackout curtains would have been a great option, as the street/complex lights are quite bright!

Overall we enjoyed our stay enormously - Prosanto

Pros: Cosy unit. Comfortable beds, well furnished & clean. The decor was nice. TV & internet worked fine. Enjoyed the patio. The grill worked very well. Local phone support by Christine was great. Location was a short drive from the Village & quite close to Collingwood. Convenient parking.

Cons: Lack of clothes hooks in the bathrooms. The step down in the living room could be overlooked by seniors. A sign would help. The couch cover is worn & loose.
