Cozy 3 bedroom home perfect for small gatherings

Pros: The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Replying to messages quickly and professional. More then enough room to make it feel like home not like a hotel where your in one room without access to full kitchen

Cons: Appon arrival that day it was snowing abnormally heavy and the driveway was not accessible, but understood it was the winter conditions and most likely its clear.

Pros: The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-out time and the option to leave our bags. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Cons: One thing that would've been helpful to know upfront was that there are other residents in the basement flat, though they were quiet and didn't interfere with our stay. Would still recommend!

Home away from home.

Pros: The host is amazing. She has been great from day one and I have stayed here multiple times. Whenever am in Barrie, this is my go to place.

My stay didn’t feel like I was renting. I felt like I was home.
