King Bed TV Private Ensuite Retreat Bathroom or Economical Double Bed Room

Pleasant Stay.

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable. Perfect for the one night stay. I never met the host, but communication before I arrived was good. It was a shared bathroom, but I knew this when booking, so it was not a problem.

Cons: There is plates and cutlery in the room, but it would of been nice to have some cups in the room.

Pros: What I mainly liked was the reasonable pricing and complementary beverages in the room!

Cons: I wasn't expecting the trouble we had with the parking... there was no indication that there was no parking included. It would have been nice to know that we had to apply for a street parking permit and print it ahead of time. That parking was actually unavailable for some reason, but the host did accommodate us with letting us park in his garage. All in all, it turned out ok, but it should be indicated in the posting for the room and also the fact that it's a shared space (e.i. the bathroom and that the host also lives there).

Amazing place

Pros: Absolutely amazing and caring family that was ready to assist whenever needed. Along with a beautiful place that is close to everything and peaceful

Pros: Mike is awesome, go above and beyond. We decided renting a car when we arrived and required street parking. He helped us getting city permit within minutes.

Great place to stay at a great price

Pros: Big room with a large comfy bed and a really nice bathroom. Also a huge TV. The host is very helpful and kind (helped me print my street parking permit)

Cons: Toronto street parking is expensive (you get a better deal if you pay by the week, but 24 hour or 48 hour is really overpriced) and if you don't have a car it's definitely gonna take you a while to get anywhere.

Pros: Très confortable, spacieux et propre. Bonne communication avec notre hôtel.

Cons: Malheureusement nous avions loué à cet endroit en raison de sa proximité du stade Rogers. On nous avait indiqué qu'il n'était qu'à une dizaine de minutes de marche mais ce n'est hélas vraiment pas le cas. C'est plutôt à une heure. À la défense de notre hôte, je crois que c'est à la suite de plaintes des gens du voisinage qu'il faut maintenant emprunter un trajet différent.

Pros: Clean. Beautiful area. Close to my weekend activities.

Cons: No face cloths or hand towels in room, only bath towels. And there were no changing of reservations as personal stuff got in the way and put this weekend away in question.

Pros: 電車の駅までは遠いが、バス停が近くにあり便利だった。 部屋に冷蔵庫があに、お水を置いてくれていたので、助かりました。 洗濯機と乾燥機を借りられ、洗濯がこまめにできたので助かりました。 清潔なお部屋で気持ちよく過ごせました。 わからない事は質問に答えてくださり、対応してくれました。 親切なご主人でした。

Cons: 家族が使わない時間に、キッチンが借りられたらよかったです。 レンジがあったので、レンジで使える食器、お皿、コップ、フォーク類を置いてくれていたら、もっとよかったです。 キッチンが使えなかったので、部屋にお湯を沸かすポットがあるとコーヒーを飲んだり、スープやカップラーメンを食べたりできたのでよかったかな？と思います。 最初建物の入り口が分からなかったので、少し焦りました。

I came to Toronto on a little long trip.

Pros: Michael, the owner of this apartment, is very polite and respects my privacy. He also responded immediately when I had any problems, which was very helpful. His wife was also very kind and always helped me when I had a problem during my stay. Above all, their personalities are very sincere and gentlemen, so you can feel safe staying with them. The room was clean, and they prepared water for the number of days of my stay and disposable spoons and forks, which was really helpful to me. They have very good communication skills and the apartments are warmer than any other hotel, so if you stay there, you'll definitely like the comfort.

Cons: I had no complaints about them.

Pros: It’s clean and a good spot. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It you need something they’ll answer right away and take care of it.

Cons: Since you share the bathroom with other guests, it depends a lot on them. Unfortunately, the other guests were not very clean, which was a bit annoying.
