Pros: The place and my stay was agreeable. It was like home away from home.

Cons: It was clean and spacious and my kids felt at home. It was also close to the shopping walks. I love the place for the fact that we could cook there too.

Well-maintained accommodation for long and short stay

Pros: The location is great. Easily accessible by car. Short drive to the university. Amenities nearby. We stayed in a basement room. The room was clean. The common area was tidy and well-maintained. There were all the appliances needed for a stay-in. The backyard with a deck is nice to laid-back and enjoy the afternoon sun. Check-in and check-out process is simple. Visit the nearby St Jacobs Farmer's Market (Thur & Sat 8:00-15:00). The restaurants in the area also worth exploring.

Pros: Though they have no receptionist, the staff respond promptly to every bit of your mail to them.

Cons: Going down to use the comfort room, especially at night. Secondly, there are no restaurants close by.

Peaceful & Luxurious

Pros: It was peaceful home, good people, every utensil was easily available, dishwasher and laundry ease to use, daily cleaning of the house, free parking.

Nice, clean and comfortable

Pros: Clean and comfortable, easy check in and check out. Very affordable and fairly close driving to central Waterloo. Staff communication was very good as well

Cons: Shared bathroom and shared spaces with a number of guests is always a little odd. Was advertised in the booking so not a surprise but still awkward.

Pros: Close enough to ride your bike to mtb at Hydrocut Waterloo mtb park. The Boardwalk Store Plaza across the street has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Not far from Costco. A few minor points away from a 10. The location exceeded my expectations.

Cons: I upgraded the dishcloth and tea towels from the dollar store for future use. I also left dishwasher soap behind. Forks, knives, and spoons were low quality but might be due to loss.

Pros: Beautiful house, very comfortable room, exactly what I needed for my stay. Instructions for the lockbox were clear and it was nice to have a parking spot.

Cons: I didn’t love that I could hear everything the other traveler in the house was doing in the washroom from my bedroom, but that’s also the nature of a house. So not a huge deal.

Pros: The house was very clean -- washrooms, kitchen, bedroom -- all were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't have a chance to cook anything, so I cannot comment on the kitchen, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. Location-wise, it is very convenient -- very close to grocery stores and restaurants.
