It was a great experience stay at The Neptune

Pros: Property had good views and not too far from the city centre

Cons: Would have preferred the view facing the city centre and not the lake

Pros: The location is pretty near the center and the property itself was so nice and clean

Pros: Views are exceptional, nice and comfortable beds. Kitchen cutterly and elements supply is very complete. Location is very convenient with trams going anywhere at the door or just half an hour walk to center

Cons: Nothing. Small suggestions for improvement would be for families of 5 people, to have an extra chair and also extra duve, as this was not available.

Overall a lovely stay

Pros: Accommodation was lovely. The flat itself had beautiful views. It was comfortable and a good size. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Good facilities in property

Cons: Unfortunately check in was meant at 4pm, we arrived after a long journey from Toronto and when we got to lock box there were no keys available. We contacted host who initially said they would be there at 4pm and we stated it was 4pm so they contacted the cleaners. The cleaners were delayed and hosts said to give them 30minutes. Unfortunately it took an hour and 30minutes before we could enter the property which was very frustrating. The hosts did offer a late check out as compensation but unfortunately we were already leaving early so coild not make use of this. We appreciate that the hosts were good at communicating at this point but better communication between hosts/cleaners would hopefully save this happening in futurw

Convenient, roomy and easy access to centre of town.

Pros: Location good. Having concierge at the door entrance was a bonus, someone to help with directions. The toiletry supplies plentiful, excellent. Views amazing, although so high up nervous of standing on the balcony.

Cons: Furniture and decor a little dated but fine, it was winter.

Cons: Rien

Prima voor paar dagen (als het niet te koud buiten is…)

Pros: Locatie, op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum en het vliegveld Billy Bishop. Plus het uitzicht dat niet verveelde.

Cons: De verwarming was niet te regelen. In de slaapkamer met de regeleenheid werd het daardoor een sauna en de rest bleef koel.

Excellent

Pros: Very clean and comfortable with stunning overlooking view from the balcony.

Cons: No free parking

Pros: La propreté, le confort, l'emplacement, la réactivité de l'hôte

Cons: La lumière d'une chambre est défectueuse mais ça ne m'a pas gêné vu que je n'y suis resté que pour dormir.
