Excellent Stay

Pros: Well appointed apartment in spotless condition. Very comfortable and had everything we need. Location is excellent. We didn't need a car and walked everywhere.

Cons: 1) The communication leading up tothe stay was too much, confusing, and repetitive. They use channels outside of Booking.com Message, which I don't like. 2) I was skeptical about advanced request for CC info for pre-auth deposit, but because the unit is self-checkin, that makes sense. The amount was refund after the stay. NO PROBLEM. 3) Checkin instructions and which elevator to take could be clearer, but we eventually figured it out.
