Really good apart from a few niggles

Pros: Great location; warm; comfortable; superb views over city; late check out given with no charge

Cons: Complicated to get entry code with sudden demand for damage deposit. Lack of useful kitchen utensils like a smaller saucepan, paring knife etc Couldn't get dishwasher to work. No volume control on TV - set very quiet and no way to alter it.

Great for singles or a couple for a short to medium term stay in downtown TO.

Pros: Great location in downtown, close to many shops and restaurants and public transport stations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place has everything you need.

Cons: The check-in process involved a few extra steps including a deposit and a photo of your ID. The team was very responsive and overall the process was smooth.
