Superb location!
Pros: Located in a great neighbourhood with restaurants, bars and a lovely large park area on the doorstep. We only used public transport so having the street car and bus stops a very short walk from the apartment made it super easy to get around. The apartment was clean and spacious with 3 decent sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The two storeys were great for our group of 6 and having two full bathrooms was amazing. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. We didn't eat in, apart from breakfast, but there was a large full kitchen with plenty of seating had we wanted to. Also easy check in and check out.
Cons: A bit of construction going on with a neighbouring apartment. No noise but a strange view from the apartment into the construction. Interested to see how it will be finished. Shame the park view was obstructed.

We really felt at home here and would definitely stay again.
Pros: This is a beautiful spacious apartment in a great location close to shops, bars restaurants and on the streetcar line for easy access to all tourist spots. The host was really responsive and answered all our questions promptly.

Comfortable, convenient, well-appointed place to stay for a family of four.
Pros: Plenty of room for our family of four. Everything was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We didn't use the patio or barbecue, which are accessible via the back bedroom on the second floor, not near the kitchen. Internet speed and access were fine. Coffee was supplied, and there were other kitchen dry goods available but we didn't cook more than breakfast and didn't use them. The tram also passes right by to take you into downtown, so that was convenient. The property manager was friendly and easy to deal with. The apartment abuts Trinity Bellwoods Park and is close to interesting shops on Queen St and Ossington St. The neighborhood was great and dedicated parking and laundry were very convenient. Would return.
Cons: Attention to a few details would make this apartment even better. Bath towels were unusually small, and without a curtain or door, the downstairs shower stall allows water to spray on the floor. Not a big deal, but had to be mindful to wipe it up in order not to damage the hardwood floor next to the bathroom. Also, there's no curtain on the bathroom window downstairs. Even though you aren't looking into the neighbor's house, it's a bit uncomfortable. In the living room, the curtain rod brackets are each screwed in with just one screw (not the intended four), so be very careful when opening and closing curtains. We weren't able to get Netflix or any of our streaming services to work on the TV, but it wasn't a big deal. Even with the windows closed, quite a bit of street noise filtered into the front of the apartment but was tolerable. The kitchen has a drying rack but nothing underneath to catch the water as it drips down.
