Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The property is new, clean, spacious, and quiet, conveniently located near the Kitchener/Waterloo airport. The community felt safe. The dining area featured an in-wall fireplace, and one room had a radiator space heater, both of which were very helpful given the colder-than-expected temperatures.

Cons: The rooms were missing hangers, side tables, lamps, and shelves. The kitchen was not fully equipped, and the dining table and chairs were uncomfortable. Additionally, the TV had some issues with picture quality and color.

Pros: This is a nice, cozy, and clean apartment with a separate entrance and minimal contact with the owner. It was a bit chilly at first, but the fireplace provided plenty of warmth. The location is very close to the airport, yet it's quiet, and you can't hear any noise from it. I highly recommend this place!
