Excellent stay, great location, very clean, very comfortable with great local amenities.

Pros: Fantastic location for our purpose. Very clean and newly renovated. Offstreet parking available.

Cons: Could use a few more kitchen items. There was only one glass in the cupboard on arrival. No cutting board to protect the new bench top. There are no hooks in the bathroom.

Nice and clean unit with full kitchen, excellent location walking distance to McMaster.

Pros: Excellent location close to University and variety of eateries around. Very clean and modern/recently renovated room. Full kitchen but missing some items (see below)

Cons: A bit small but sufficient for a couple/single person for a few days if you're not going to spend all your time there. Bed has to be lowered every day. Kitchen was missing some towel. No garbage disposal. Asked to leave the garbage outside in the city bins but that is actually illegal the city bins are not for household garbage. Also no garbage bags in kitchen, and missing a can opener. Nothing to wash hands and no hand towel in bathroom either. In general, it's a very nice clean unit but supplies not managed very well.

Pros: A comfortable stay. The apartment is new and modern.

Cons: Parking space is limited on site. We had a car and we needed to move our car a few times daily to park. Window blinds did not work and we had to sleep with bright street lights shining into our bed. There was a light unpleasant odour in our apartment. It smelled like a doggy smell.

Pros: Clean with modern finishings. Apartment has everything you would need and more! great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Host was great!

Very nice stay in Rentals!

Pros: Cleaning is excellent! and the kitchen is complete to prepare foods. It is close to McMaster University.

Cons: There is no person when one arrives.

Pros: Amazing location, apartment was super clean, great space, soundproof, AC worked great at a very hot time. Nice to have the desk and office chair for a week of studying at Mac. Kitchen well equipped. Great price.

Cons: Bedding could be comfier - only a thin blanket provided.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff (especially Happy), great location & access to many restaurants.

Cons: Aircon water drain makes a sound intermittently. Blackout curtains would have been amazing.

Pros: One of the cleanest places I have stayed. Anywhere.

Pros: Super clean, well equipped, everything very functional, easy to find, close to a lot of amenities and restaurants, easy (enough) walking distance to McMaster, well connected with transit.

Cons: The host knew when I was getting there, but had not set things up properly with the on-site person who wasn't monitoring the messaging to let me in. Got it all sorted out, but it should have been smoother. There were no instructions in the apartment itself, so I had to contact them to get the WiFi password.

Would stay here again!

Pros: We really liked our stay in this apartment! Very clean and new studio in a good location and the staff greeting us was very helpful and friendly. Would come here again when visiting Hamilton :)
