Hillside Haven: Carriage Club Resort Retreat

Pros: They had appliances for us to make meals before heading to our events each day. Air worked and place was very clean.

Cons: The door to the bathroom and bedroom were very hard to close and open. Almost sealed shut by too much paint. When using the washroom at night we had to really push the doors to open them which woke people up in the rooms.

Cozy, homey, and relaxing

Pros: The fireplace and living room was beautifully set up and decorated. The bed was super comfy and loved having Netflix and dvds!!! We also liked how the place came prepared and stocked up of coffee, cutlery, towels!!

Cons: The jets didn’t work in our tub which a little disappointing

Great room, if you can get the door open.

Pros: very nice room, not too big, clean, upscale and well equipped.

Cons: The access door is combination controlled and is very difficult to open. This room is on the third level up via stairs so not recommended for disabled or elderly guests.

Nice condos next to Horseshoe skiing!

Pros: The location is right down the road from Horseshoe Valley ski resort and the bed was fantastic.

Cons: The door entry instructions could be clearer, and access cards were for another part of the facility that we weren't even made aware of once we were in our room.

Kitchen facilities were excellent, everything was clean. The only downside was I didn’t get my address from booking. Co

Pros: Close to our venue if tree top trekking and collingwood

Cons: The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but aren’t they all? Lol

We absolutely can recommend this place! Hope we come back one day too!

Pros: It is amazing property: very cozy, spotless, kitchen has everything you can need. Huge jacuzzi! Very warm, beautiful and cozy fireplace ! Instructions from the host was very clear. You cannot wish better location: ski resort and Vetta Nordic Spa are minutes away.

Cons: We came after great snowfall, so parking spots were little bit tight. But this is our Canadian winter.

Le bain tourbillon était un must !

Pros: Les lits étaient confortable. On a adoré le bain tourbillon. Il ne manquait que les pétales de rose. Belle chambre spacieuse et confortable. Nous recommandons à nos amis.

Cons: Il était difficile de trouver l’emplacement tout comme le stationnement. Nous avons eu l’impression de jouer à un Escape game.

Pros: Le club house, le confort du lit, les accessoires de cuisine

Cons: Suggestion: mettre à notre disposition des plats de plastique pour la nourriture restante et pour apporter des lunchs.
