Exceptionally Close to the Falls Amazing Location & Complimentary Breakfast Delivered Daily to the Rental

Great experience.

Pros: The location was excellent; easy access. The house is cozy with a homey feeling. Breakfast was great, fulfilling. Very comfortable beds. Loved being able to bring my dogs with us to be part of our little family getaway

Cons: The only downside is that the lock on the bathroom door was broken

Pros: Amazing location, comfortable and clean stay. The breakfast was a lovely addition, very tasty and delivered to the time I asked for! Great experience!

Pros: While the building is quite old, it is very welcoming with cheery interior colours, a new art work. The daily delivered breakfast was ample , tasty and warm. Otherwise the amenities provided refrigerator,range,microwave, and a good size kitchen made our stay very relaxing. Access to laundry is a plus..the location is just super

Pros: We love breakfast and also fresh fruit.I appreciate delivery even in the slippery road.The interior space was spacious and pleasant. When we talked about the inconvenience of the shower,it was resolved immediately within a few hours.Thanks for the everything!!

Cons: There was only one bathroom,so it was inconvenience for several people to use it as accommodation.

A Pleasant Experience!

Pros: Newly renovated beautiful house. Great location; about 10 mins walk to the Falls. Host was very nice and easily reachable; gave us some pointers as per making the most out of our trip. Breakfast was provided based on our preference, delivered by host, nice and fresh. Kitchen is fully equipped and well organized. Rooms have a homey feel to them.

Cons: For a family of 5 including a teenager, I wish the rooms were a little bigger. They were nice and cozy though. I feel the check out time should be 12 noon. And price was a bit on the high side. Although, pricing may be due to the summer. All the same, we had a nice relaxing weekend. Thank you, John, for allowing us share your beautiful home!

Cozy house in a great location with free breakfast and parking!

Pros: The house was easy to find and in an ideal location - we walked to everything! The house had its own parking spots. What a bonus not to have to pay those exorbitant Niagara Falls parking prices! The house was very clean. I really like the separation of bedrooms on 2 different floors with the kitchen/living room floor in between - added a little bit of privacy between families. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet at night. Morning breakfast was delivered at a time of our choosing and it was above and beyond what we expected! The owner was friendly and available but never intrusive.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, cerca de las cataratas y de las atracciones. Es espacioso, las camas eran cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Tenía una equitación muy completa. El dueño nos llevaba todos los días el desayuno, con pancakes/french toast, bagels, zumos, fruta...

Cons: La casa es antigua por lo que suena bastante cuando te mueves por ella. No había ningún baño en la planta baja.

Great location, good breakfast, house could use some maintenance

Pros: Great location (10 minutes walk from Clifton Hill, WeGo station right there, etc). Easy parking, great WiFi and TV. House is large and has a ton of space. Even the basement room is nice and very livable as well. Clean linens, lots of towels, blankets, etc. Has kitchen, washer and dryer. Owner is easy to get a hold of, is responsive to requests and brings good breakfast daily which was customized to our needs. Very easy checkin/checkout process (lockbox with code).

Cons: The house is clearly showing its age. We've had problems with AC breaking (fixed by owner), laundry room flooding (owner attempted fix but not fully fixed), dryer overheating and not turning off by itself (possibly a fire hazard!), upstairs faucet pipe leaking a bit, upstairs shower not turning on properly, auxillary AC in the living room not connected properly, pieces of furniture falling off. My wife complained about floor cleanliness and some cooking utensils missing in the kitchen. Also we were there in the hottest days of the summer, the main AC didn't have enough cooling power so we needed to use in-room auxillary AC units which were loud, my wife complained about them being loud. Also the location is basically the opposite of charming (just a Ramada parking lot), though it's close to everything.

We had great stay overall. The breakfast was amazing and the host was very friendly and respectful.

Pros: The property is walking distance to the falls. Very spacious with big table in the dining room and comfortable beds. There is good amount of equipment in the kitchen.

Cons: Some of the faucets need some work.

Pros: Расположение удобное – дом буквально соседствует с парковкой, так что места для машины всегда хватает. Завтраки, честно говоря, оставили двоякое впечатление: мы попробовали немного, но, возможно, вкусы не совпали – некоторые фрукты показались не совсем свежими или недоспелыми. Но для тех, кто ценит близость к парковке и не слишком разборчив в завтраках, это может быть идеальный вариант!

Cons: Дом с атмосферой, но воздух в нём специфический – окна, увы, не открываются. Всё вокруг напоминает о прошедших временах, вещи слегка пыльные и явно давно не обновлялись. Под кроватью пыли столько, что впору думать, что она – часть интерьера. Однако, после того как в крови появился алкоголь, эта атмосфера стала куда менее заметной.
