Enjoyed by our family but very disappointed in the lack of eating facility.

Pros: Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Stocked well. Bed arrangement ( 3 queens and 6 singles) excellent and vrry comfortable mattresses. Living room couch arrangement great. Amenities exceptional.

Cons: Eating capacity very poor - room for 6 even though the house is rented for 12. Also the table was very high - much too high for children.

Pros: Place is perfect for a big group. Very comfortable and clean and accessible to groceries and restaurants. Owner is very accomodating and responds quick. Would recommend this place 100% as everyone in the group is very satisfied

Very comfortable, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, parking good, easy access to Niagara Falls,

Pros: Very comfortable, very clean, spacious, suited our needs, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Would consider renting this property again.

Cons: Everything appeared to be available except for a hairdryer. Would be most welcome for visitors from the UK. Could not find a manual with basic information regarding the house, surprised when it was garbage collection day. Double bed in the basement a bit of a squeeze to move around, especially between the bed and the closet.
