An all round delightful location and property and a very efficiently run b&b. Would stay here again.

Pros: The owners were very accommodating of our dietary needs. The service was very efficient. Having a coffee station was most welcome and a small fridge which could be used to put perishables like your own cream for coffee if you would rather not use the milk provided. The communal area is a bonus for a bed and breakfast. Location was quiet and lovely.

Cons: A trifle of a matter but I would suggest providing a kettle at the coffee station so tea can be made with boiling water instead of the microwave(I'm a tea snob of English heritage!!)

Great B&B

Pros: Charming home built/renovated/furnished by someone with excellent taste - marries all the modern furnishings like central A/C and large windows with classic timeless features. Great breakfast with the best bacon. Our host even kindly set up the sofa bed for us in the evening. Convenient location with easy access to Niagara on the Lake and to Niagara Falls.

Cons: Washroom could have been a tad cleaner, would have liked a lamp on the table beside the sofa.

Pros: Our day was fantastic and exactly what we wanted for a getaway to the Niagara wine region. It was located conveniently amongst all the wineries and a beautiful drive around the area. We came with our little dog and it was perfect for morning hikes right behind the house, there is a trail That connects you to the scenic outlook, quiet beautiful suburban area. The host was amazing and accommodated us for breakfast. Prepared a beautiful spread of French toast and assortment of jams, a coffee machine with different pod flavors, orange juice, as well as bacon he even had a vegetarian option for the patties.

Couple was very friendly, location excellent.

Pros: Location was excellent for our wedding we attended. Less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good, bacon was burnt.

Cons: Owners forgot we were bringing our dogs and were upset at me about it. I reminded them I did put that in my booking.

Clean and comfortable room with a delicious breakfast

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Cons: I somehow missed that the bathroom, in the room we stayed in, was not an en suite. It really wasn't a problem, but would have preferred it to be.
