Pros: Very well located. Close to main attractions and eqsy access to transit. Having access yo parking was very convenient, and condo was well set up with lots of little amenities to make the stay comfortable.

Pros: Amazing location right in the heart of dow town. Very easy walking access to CN Tower. Safe and secure parking. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a cosy balcony. All amenities are there, we worried about nothing. Staff was helpful and check in was prompt and fast.

Cons: Everything was fine, except for only 1 elevator was working out of 3, so can be a bit of a queue. Was not an issue for us, we always used the stairs as the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so a 60 second workout never hurts.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location

Pros: Gorgeous little apartment in the perfect area for a 1st time visitor to Toronto. Clean, comfortable, nice little extras like bottled water and snacks and a cupboard of basics like oil, condiments etc. Comfy memory foam mattress . Good shower.Nice little balcony and good aircon. Also a great supermarket about a 10min walk away Lovely host who was also happy to answer any questions.

Cons: The only downside , and absolutely no fault of the owner, was the fact that 2 of the 3 lifts were out of order, which meant long waits to get up. We used the stairs to go down as was only on floor 3, just not great if you have luggage.

It was convenient and comfortable.

Pros: It really looked like the photo on Booking.com. It was quiet at night! All in all, it fulfilled its purpose.

Cons: Well, I needed a bedroom door that closed. One of us slept in the bedroom and the other on the sofa bed in the living room Needed more privacy. Also, there was a coffee machine, but not an individual coffee maker, which I expected.

Perfect for ritzy downtown core stay!!!

Pros: I checked in easily and the gave me the key and garage opener.

Cons: I didn’t like there was only 2 towels wish there had been at least 2 more. and I didn’t like how far underground the parking spot was. But all and all it was an excellent stay.

The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Rogers Centre, the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, and many other top attractions. You truly can’t ask for a better spot to explore Toronto on foot! The condo itself was spotless: very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and fully equipped (complete kitchen, high-quality bedding, air conditioning, etc.). The building is modern, secure, and has a convenient concierge service. Communication with the host was fast, easy, and friendly. We highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Toronto!

Amazing location with a view and amazing food smells.

Pros: The place was beautiful and located perfectly. Loved that I could go out on the patio and watch and listen to the city passing by.

Cons: The one elevator out of the three was working and it took forever. Other then that everything was beyond amazing.

Sehr empfehlenswert- ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Pros: Extrem gut gelegen- 10min zur Union Station (Flughafenzug), 2min zum CN Tower, 5min zum Wasser. Geräumig, neu, super ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Balkon! Das Appartement hat auch viele nützliche Dinge in der Küche, wie z.B. Salz/Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter usw. . Einen Block weiter gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ein Genz großer Pluspunkt ist auch die inklusive Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell, informativ und freundlich. Der Concierge Service im Haus ist super!
