Beautiful Townhouse Near Yorkdale Mall

Pros: Great little place in walking distance from many businesses. The complex itself is quiet and feels safe but also not far from a commercial corridor and subway station.

Would come again

Pros: Super easy to go on the subway, close to eateries - just walk up the road and have many options.

Cons: Bit hard to find but once you know it is easy find.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful, as well as very quick to respond to any queries. The room was great and it was really convenient to be able to use the kitchen, washing machine, etc. Aisha also provided some toiletries, tea, and coffee which was all very nice

The host (flatmate) was really nice and helpful. Very good location with secure parking

Pros: Private and secure parking and easy walk (15minutes) to the subway Wilson

Cons: It was difficult to find the flat as there are several buildings who look the same and they all have a n. 10

All the calls we made the owner was lovely and handled then beautifully. I stay there again!

Pros: Breakfast wasn't included, however, It looked like I could have made myself something from the snacks I brought with me!

Cons: When we pulled up to the building, we didn't know which way to find apartment 10. After the first phone call, we were instructed to go down the walkway on the left side of the building, turn right, and down the stairs to apartment 10. House keys were in a lock box, however, we didn't have the code to open the box, so were made a 2n call. The garage remote opener was dropped off to us which we needed to park for the night. All the visitor parking spots were marked with a sign saying need a permit to park there or the car be towed between 2 am/7 am, 3rd call was made. We parked in visitors anyway as instructed and it was safe, we left the garage opener in the car since it would be used in the morning, The side door that you use to walk through from the garage was locked at night time, and the key was needed to enter through it in the morning to get to your car. We had to wait till someone went through the big garage door to walk down to the car and bring the car around to pack it up to travel back home! So a key for the side garage door was needed to have access. all the keys we had were for the apartment and to our room. We didn't know if the apartment keys would fit into the side door of the garage. We put everything back into the lockbox and swiveled the code as instructed.

Clean room, nice renter.

Pros: Very clean, nice Lady renting very accommodating. She had tea and coffee, wished for milk.

Cons: Tricky to find the place but I must admit, the renter was very available to help me find her place via text and email.

Pros: Great host, she was very communicative, flexible and had an amazing energy. The place was perfect for our short stay in town, conveniently located, close to public transportation. Nice place.

Pros: Small, cozy room in an ideal location (near Yorkdale mall). Host was very quick and helpful in responding.

Pros: Everything went perfect, starting with the communication with the owner till the check out. Parking garage is available also. And very clean room!!

Pros: Clean and centralized place. Alisha is a good host, will stay there again.
